How to upgrade from release 2.2.x to release 3.x
Beginning with release 3.0.0 the configuration of MH was been completely revamped. In order to upgrade from release 2.2.x to release 3.x you will have to provide a new configuration file. We recommend to completely uninstall the old version (stop the service, remove the service, move the old software installation and the configuration file to an archive location). Subsequently install the new version, read carefully the provided documentation and write a new configuration file.
To make your life easier, we provide an configuration assistant application, which will guide you through the creation of the configuration file. Download the assistent, unpacked the ZIP file and double-click the file config-assistant.bat
. If the assistant will not start, you will have to edit the file and set the JAVA_HOME
variable.
